OUR SERVICES

CSR/SOCIAL PERFORMANCE RISK MATERIALITY

Ability to provide analysis and planning associated with social performance risk materiality, mitigation and execution planning. Simply put, we help you understand above ground, non-technical risks and develop plans to mitigate.


ENGAGEMENT & CONSULTATION PLANNING

Development, implementation and support in overall engagement/consultation planning & execution, including: stakeholder mapping, risk/issue identification and mitigation, engagement and negotiation, and documentation of process for support of regulatory application.

POLICY DEVELOPMENT

Expertise in the research, development & implementation of stakeholder and Indigenous/Tribal Relations policies, protocols and processes that are reflective of corporate identity, while forward-thinking in positioning.


REGULATORY SUPPORT

Turnkey management for full life-cycle of Indigenous/Tribal and stakeholder engagement, regulatory submission preparation, audit and submission review.

GOVERNMENT RELATIONS

Expertise in working with all levels of government (Federal, Provincial, Municipal and Indigenous/Tribal) to establish relationships, partner on initiatives and advocate for projects/company ambitions.


LOCAL CONTENT STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

Development & execution of successful local and Indigenous /Tribal contracting engagement, alignment of client’s contracting opportunities to community ambitions and capacity, establishment of associated metrics and reporting; Management and maintenance of local and Indigenous/Tribal contracting database.

RESEARCH & REPORT WRITING

Research, analysis, tracking and reporting in support of consultation and engagement efforts; Management of associated tracking databases for regulatory and reporting purposes.


TRAINING AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT/IMPLEMENTATION

Knowledge and experience in the development of workforce strategies, assessment of local and Indigenous/Tribal workforce capacities, potential skill gaps and implementation of mitigations to success; Ability to access training/workforce program funds.

darryl holloway, principal

Darryl has spent over thirty years working with entrepreneurs to advance their goals, focusing the last ten years working with Indigenous leaders, businesspeople and communities. A lifelong learner Darryl recently obtained his MBA from Simon Fraser University with a specialty in Indigenous Business and Leadership. He is a subject matter expert in community development with a focus on developing supply chains to promote and foster local business and working with local workforces to develop the skills necessary to be successful. Darryl provides ideas that promote triple bottom line thinking and solutions that are mutually beneficial to all involved.

Michael reid, principal

Throughout his extensive twenty year career in the United States and Canada, Michael has focused on the areas of Indigenous/Tribal relations, stakeholder engagement, local/Indigenous economic developemtn and corporate social performance (ESG/CSR/Sustainability). By providing business-practical, solutions focused advice, he has helped to ensure companies are forward-thinking as they position themselves in these challenging and rewarding areas. Both within organizations and communities, Michael is committed to relationships built on trust and discovering sustainable, shared benefit for those with whom he engages.
