Provide corporations with comprehensive Indigenous Inclusion Strategies, focusing on policies, contracting, workforce, community involvement, and community/economic partnership agreements.

Ability to provide analysis and planning associated with social performance risk materiality, mitigation and execution planning. Simply put, we help you understand above ground, non-technical risks and develop plans to mitigate.
ENGAGEMENT & CONSULTATION PLANNING
Development, implementation and support in overall engagement/consultation planning & execution, including: stakeholder mapping, risk/issue identification and mitigation, engagement and negotiation, and documentation of process for support of regulatory application.

Expertise in the research, development & implementation of stakeholder and Indigenous/Tribal Relations policies, protocols and processes that are reflective of corporate identity, while forward-thinking in positioning.

Our Team
DARRYL HOLLOWAY, PRINCIPAL
Darryl has spent over thirty years working with entrepreneurs to advance their goals, focusing the last ten years working with Indigenous leaders, businesspeople and communities. A lifelong learner Darryl recently obtained his MBA from Simon Fraser University with a specialty in Indigenous Business and Leadership. He is a subject matter expert in community development with a focus on developing supply chains to promote and foster local business and working with local workforces to develop the skills necessary to be successful. Darryl provides ideas that promote triple bottom line thinking and solutions that are mutually beneficial to all involved.
MICHAEL REID, PRINCIPAL
Throughout his extensive thirty year career in Canada and the United States, Michael has focused on the areas of Indigenous/Tribal inclusion, stakeholder engagement, local/Indigenous economic development and corporate social performance (ESG/CSR/Sustainability). By providing business-practical, solutions-focused advice, he has helped to ensure companies are forward-thinking as they position themselves in these challenging and rewarding areas. Both within organizations and communities, Michael is committed to relationships built on trust and discovering sustainable, shared benefit for those with whom he engages. Before starting his consulting practice, Michael undertook Indigenous inclusion management roles at Talisman Energy, Statoil Canada, and Pembina Pipeline, providing vast experience across the oil and gas resource sector. His current clients include, ExxonMobil (east coast), Strathcona Resources, NuVista Energy and Halliburton Canada.
